My former boss is withholding my final check. I am salaried, but I walked out on the job (it’s a whole story, not important) before I could log my hours for my last week. What recourse do I have and what legal precedent would my boss have without my hours being logged? Plenty of people can verify that I worked that week. I do have documentation of my employment ending officially on the same day I left.
