AI monitoring or manager monitoring or both

My position is a almost 100% on the computer except for some meetings, shadowing, helping others and whatever you decide to write on paper. When submitting my timesheet for the week, a box popped up that I've never seen before saying “You are submitting hours for which you worked and by pressing submit you agree that the company may monitor you during your engagement with the company and may adjust your hours accordingly.” Then of course you cannot submit your hours and get paid until you click I ACCEPT. We already know that they monitor us but we don't know what tools or people they are using. Monitor how? AI / micro management software, cameras, human micromanagement etc. ?? Anyone else ever seen this type of message?
