So I applied for a maintenance job with my new company and in the interview the manager even said when he started about 15 years ago he knew nothing about maintenance in a warehouse setting and they trained him. But guess who they decided NOT to hire? What a fucking load of horse shit this job market is there's always someone more qualified than you that somehow manages to take the job you thought was yours.
