Title. Basically, i will resignate from my current job. I am one of the employees that have gone above the expected level, getting great comments of the work done – but they are the classic ‘tap in the back’ without any monetary incentive or career progression – and my enjoyment of the work have led me to stay longer than I expected.
Current managerial decisions, micro-management have made it that I cannot tolerate the non-recognition of the past years at the company.
Do you have any tips on how to resign? Is there a way to present a ‘i would like to negotiate the terms of my resignation’ ? I have to give 60 days notice, can the employer force me to not use those 60 days?
