Guys need some guidance please
Long story short: Me and my colleagues have a chance to join union as my Work place has been really shady about many things.
Most of them are worried that joining it could have some drawn back like no promotions and shared stories about others work places where union workers are been left on the side without any opportunity to grow or get any extra benefits from the companies they're in as they're union workers.
What your thoughts about it, I'm really not sure on what to do either.
