I’m a recruiter for a real estate company so I’m one of the few W-2’s in the office. My boss, who is an agent (10-99) expects me to buy a laptop and headphones for the job but I don’t feel as though I should have to spend my own money on something required for work. Is this standard? Or shouldn’t a company typically provide you with the tools needed to succeed during your workday?
