What is with jobs on Indeed posted as “remote” but requiring you to live in a specific city?

Or, even more annoying, they post the job as remote BUT you must either travel or be on site a certain amount of time each week/month. Why does Indeed allow this? I always report the postings when I see them and I think we all should.
