What to expect when I haven’t been to work in a week plus.

So basically I been out of work since last last Friday because of an anxiety issue. I don’t have any paid time off to cover those days. I was scheduled to go back in today but didn’t go in. I been in contact with my supervisor throughout this whole time. My question is what should I expect on my return, well I get punished with write ups or even let go? I also get anxious of what my co workers think of my return?
