I work in fast food (I'm trying to get out ASAP) but at my particular store nearly everyone has a second job. I requested a shorter work week with a consistent schedule due to health issues, which I am not getting at all. The reasoning, “well everyone else has other jobs”. Them having other jobs and you not hiring people who WANT full time shouldn't be my issue.
