Thinking about leaving my job at a small shop after 3 years

Like the title says. I am a diesel mechanic for a small trucking company. Been here 3 years. They helped me get my class A recently. I really have learned a lot here. But they hired a new manager about a year ago. He made me shop supervisor last October when they hired two teenagers still in tech school. Including my manager there are only 4 techs. Ever since the promotion he just sits at his desk all day. Talking to his girlfriend, scrolling through tiktok, does his work as far as putting repair orders into the system but dicks around on his phone for at least half the day. Otherwise he expects me to deal with everything in the shop. All drivers come to me with complaints, the other 2 techs come to me for all help and their next tasks. Everything that goes wrong in the shop is twisted into being my fault because I wasn't paying attention, didn't care enough, or was just shit at my job. I want to leave but every person that has tried to leave gets pulled into the other managers office or the owners office for hours while they plead and beg you to stay. One of the other techs that has only been here since October tried to put in her notice on a Friday morning. She got dragged into the owners office for the next 5 hours and convinced her to stay. I don't know what the other techs will do as they are both very green. I don't want to leave this shop hanging but I can't keep working for this guy. I'm strung out and burning out. The stress of any minor mistake is really driving me crazy. I've been constantly working 50-55 hours a week to make sure everything in the shop is running while my manager has been doing his 8(or less) and going home. He has taken more time off in the last year than I have in the last 5.

Sorry this turned into more of a rant than a question. I have a phone interview on my lunch today for a supervisor position at another shop. We will see how that goes.
