I’m 3 months into a new job, and I’m already over my new manager. I like the job itself, but he makes it so much harder than it needs to be.
Every single thing is like the world is ending & the sky’s on fire. It’s Corporate America… we are NOT saving lives. He’s in his own panicked world. He barely listens to me when I’m trying to explain or ask something, he’ll cut me off with the answer/response to what he thinks I’m going to say next. Aside from it being rude, it’s so unnecessary. He works at speed 100 & expects everyone else to do the same.
I just got into this sector & don’t have enough skills yet to find a similar job elsewhere, plus I like my company & what I’m doing. I just don’t know how to work with someone who is such a workaholic….
