Everyone keeps rushing me

Everyone's constantly rushing me at work, for no good reason. I've got a lot of pent-up anger, so I apologise for the long rant. I'm a hard worker and I work pretty fast most of the time. I can get jobs done quicker when I have to but do not wish to be rushing at work 24/7. I'm confident enough to say that I can most stuff done quicker than most of my colleagues as well. However, one of my colleagues is always rushing me and being up my arse. She's faster than me but she's also slightly older and have a couple years more experience than me.

Whenever I do something slightly slower than her, she'd point it out and humiliate me. I'm completely fine and am more than happy for people to provide advice and teach me how to do things better, but her intention is to ridicule, rather than educate.

It's even worse when I try to learn new things at work. Admittedly, I tend to take a bit longer to learn new things and I've admitted this on multiple occasions. However, she'd never miss the opportunity to ridicule me for it which in turn, really affects my ability to learn.

I've thought about complaining to my manager, but he's part of the problem as well. His favourite phrase is chop chop and he's constantly rushing me, even when it isn't busy at all. He just likes doing it I think.

I'm pretty certain that I'm not the only one who feels like this at work. I'm so tired and overworked and I don't know what I can do in this situation other than rant.
