So my boss doesn't like me in general because I am a trans man. She has been trying to find any way she can to fire me. She is awful to customers to the point she has driven many away. I've tried to say something to the DM but it's useless. Literally the only thing that might help is if people complain about her. But she refuses to share her name when customers want to complain. Literally I'm done. I want to go elsewhere away from such a toxic environment
