I showed up to my interview 10 mins early and the interview says he’s not even here and won’t be for 15 minutes.

This just feels so disrespectful to me? I’d be fired if I was 15 minutes late, so now I’m waiting on them and kinda feel like I should just leave? Idk what I’m getting at, but fuck, I feel like employers have no respect. Or is this a test to see how pliable I am?
