This sign was posted at my work. I get the policy, but if you don’t want your workers sleeping, why mandate 14-16 hour shifts for caregivers? If someone works 6am-10pm, why should they have to be there at 6am the next morning? Healthcare is getting ridiculous. There’s no reason do 8hrs.
