Sorry this is so long. My boss sent me a text he meant to send to my supervisor saying, “We need the DO to come to the store and explain to her. i’m tired of this every week she doesn't understand please let me know maybe I don't need an assistant any more” This is in reference to a new form crew has to fill out when they have to volunteer to stay late. We ran out of the new forms and so I had to do a couple of them on the old form (the only difference between the two forms is that one has lines where they can write “I volunteer” and the other doesn’t). I still had them write “I volunteer” on the old form. So it wasn’t missing any info. After I did this, I ended up finding a copy of the new form, so I made copies with the intention of having the crew fill them out again on the proper form. I texted my boss all of this and my intentions and his reply was, “Ok lol ” Then I found out he had already taken the forms so they couldn’t be updated. He then sent this text to me, meaning to send it to the supervisor. Knowing full well I knew it was on the wrong form and that I understood. So I sent the supervisor copies of our text messages when I informed him about being out of the new forms and my intention after finding them to fix the forms. I also sent her the text he sent to me, that was meant for her. A little worried about how this is going to turn out. I really hate backstabbing…the supervisor ended up sending me a message saying she will be at the store today and we will all “talk about the issue.” Whatever that means…
