Admin/Coordinator Level

Hi, Using my friends account here to seek answers. I have a dilemma here and wanted to seek guidance because the friend who is the owner of this acct told me about this group. So I’m a pretty high level admin/coordinator. Most of my work was admin but I’m slowly taking on projects for my coordinator aspect of the job. The thing is, my boss is wondering more on what projects I’m doing and asking me to share them during teams meeting now. Hi,

Using my friends account here to seek answers.

I’m worried and unsure how to share “highlights” of work I’m doing that impact the overall org as when I met with each unit, all they ever ask for me to help were just scheduling meetings, taking notes, and starting rfp for them. I feel like that’s too minor and might make me seem as if I have nothing to do, which is true but with admin work, some days I’m pretty free and somedays I find myself working overtime because everyone is reaching out to me. I don’t have like big big projects but more behind the scene.

Wanted to reach out to see if anyone else had a problem like mine who were admin and knew how to stretch their admin/supporting work to sound important?
