Talk to your coworkers about striking and unionizing. Spread the word. That's all you have to do, and if it catches on you can go with it.
Everyone says we can't change anything, but if you're seeing this, literally all you have to do is start talking to your coworkers. Get some dialogue going, and if it catches on then you strike, or form a union (make sure it's a good one and not a shitty one tho.) If it doesn't catch on then I guess just hope your supervisor doesn't hear you've been trying to start shit.
