Some one is hosting a meeting for my company to discuss unionizing and joining UAW. But we live in a right to work state and the company has previously fired a bunch of people for attempting to unionize a few years ago. I plan on going anyways but I was wondering if you have any advice for an individual. Not looking to be a leader or anything, just part of the group. Thanks!

Lie to them, deceive them
Often hear I read about people being interviewed by bosses who directly show how toxic their management is by “warning” from the getgo that “overtime is expected”, they want “no lazy sacks” and only accept people who'll be “110% at the job”. Lie to them, deceive them. Make them think you're the docile bitch they're looking for, let them know you're a true believer of the holy-sanctified hardwork church, make them believe you'll crave for overtime and that “no” isn't part of your vocabulary. Once you're hired, show your true colors. Do the bare minimum. Never work when you're not legally compelled to, never ever for nothing in the world work a single minute if you're not compensated for it. Never help them when they need coverage if they don't deserve it. Just don't give a fuck. It's not your company, you're paid minimum wage or close to, they don't…

Remote Work as an Accommodation?
I took a new job in November in part because it was fully remote after training. Now they're making us sign a contract stating we're hybrid and expected in the office two days a week. Never mind I can't afford to commute as we're just scraping by, but this job triggered a major mental health crisis for me in January, and I'm still recovering from the psychosis I experienced brought on by severe stress. WFH is the only reason why I'm able to go to work as much as I do, and even then, I'm counting down the days until I qualify for FMLA. The office environment will undoubtedly cause me to spiral. Does anyone have experience seeking permanent remote work as an ADA accommodation? This seems like the best option for me, short of finding a different iob.
How stupid are your coworkers?
You ever work with some stupid coworkers. These racist assholes, real negative people. Im just chilling listening to ice cube, bob marley heavy metal etc, some dirty jokes, in my tupac shirt. They wanna ruin your fun, even when you get your job done early. How do you guys deal with these people?
Tips for quitting your job!

Strikes at Albert Heijn's distribution centers caused €35-45 million revenue loss, its market share also dropped, other supermarkets like Plus and Coop benefited from this. FNV union reached new labor agreement for the 5000-6000 workers: 10% salary increase (Albert Heijn originally only offered 6%),100% Sunday premium pay retained, better scheduling security for temp workers, more permanent positions & part-time contract expansions.
