I just started a job at a pizzeria place. One of the managers cashes my tips out at the end of the day and takes 2 dollars out for the dishwasher. I don't believe this to be legal or fair as that my tips that I earned and the dishwasher gets a fair hourly rate. Am I being insane, should the dishwasher be entitled to the 2$?
I also have heard fggot, qerr, fck, fck y*u you and some sexual harassment to one of the girls. Some of the other drivers also scream and talk about inappropriate work conversations.
