So I'm looking for a part time role while I finish my studies – I'm not looking for anything major as I'm working on a career change following qualification, and I have nearly a decade of office experience (sales/admin/account management) so this ain't exactly outside my wheelhouse. Applied for what looked like an easy office admin role with a VERY basic salary…the CEO messaged back asking to answer the following questions before being invited to interview:
To advance to the interview stage, we would appreciate your detailed responses to the following questions:
-
Could you explain why you would make a better choice for sourcing and securing office space tenants than a traditional estate agent?
-
What transferable skills and experiences can you leverage to spearhead promotional campaigns on social media and other digital platforms?
-
Can you outline how you would approach the administering and organising of outdoor projects, especially when clubs and organisations select our office as their operational/administrative headquarters?
Obviously, these are fucking insane requests for a part-time OFFICE ADMIN at £10.50-£12.50/hr. Any suggestions for how to politely tell him he's out of his fucking mind and needs to go fuck himself?
