So i’m a bit ticked off.
My boss knew i was leaving within the next month for my next job as a corrections officer for the state. right now i’m just working overnights at a gym.
I have no coworkers i work with, and i also have no coverage if i call out. This week is important to me because i have two Psych tests along with an interview Monday and Tuesday during the day, and i have to work alone both nights from 10pm-6am.
I feel like he’s guilting me into not calling out and i don’t necessarily know my rights on using my available sick time.
