i hate my job so much. disrespectful managers who dont care about the employees at the slightest, my shifts have been majorly cut and yadayadayada coulg go on and on…. do i HAVE to give a 2 weeks notice or can I just straight up quit? sorry if this is a stupid question ive just never done this before and it feels so wrong but i literally cant go another day. I have another job that im planning on doing full time now and wont need this employer for references for anything
