Can I sue my employer for having me commit illegal acts?

Hi im 19 and work at a relatively small business with only 2 physical store locations. I have been allowed by my employer to serve alcoholic beverages (Micheladas) and allowed to serve tequila shots. My employer is aware of my age. Not only that but my co-worker is 16 and has been doing the same for the past year. Serving any alcohol while under 21 is illegal in the U.S. how can I sue for that? There are a few other worries such as my co-worker not getting any overtime or breaks after working sometimes 12 hour shifts. Food safety concerns too. Any advice about how I can go about this and is it worth it? Thanks- Edit: Just checked and 18 is the legal age to serve alcohol in California- thanks
