To preface, I work at a tribal casino in the US so we only operate under federal laws and regulations. I have reached out to the DOL about it but have gotten a basic response telling me to check with the state, which doesn’t help because again, we don’t operate under state laws.
My employer has recently decided that he no longer wants to print off our schedules for us and has told us that we need to download an app on our personal devices. There is no other way to view our schedules except from the app. I’ve seen SO MANY posts on here about how they can’t force you to download things on personal devices, but I’m having issues finding anything to back that up online.
