Do not go anywhere near this place! It is an absolutely a nightmare. First of all. the turnover rate is crazy. Some people quit after the first day, many only last a couple of weeks. They can’t keep nurses and for good reason.
They are desperate to hire people, if you have a pulse they will pretty much hire you on the spot.
Nepotism is a major issue. Family members have been strategically placed in positions that allows them to control the company. They, along with a few chosen one’s who have been allowed into the fold, function as a mob attacking those they don’t like. They openly mock, bullied and threaten employees.
The other thing you will have to deal with at this company is that no one at the company talks to each other face to face. Everything is put on GroupMe where people are publicly shamed and blamed for others mistakes. But you will get use to putting your entire life on GroupMe, and you will have to in order to cover your own butt.
It’s so bad that a lot of staff refuse to do tasks that are actually part of their job or run they refuse to help out because the more they are involved in things the more opportunities there are to get blamed for something. You constantly hear people say they are afraid. And management loves to write people up. If you don’t know how to do something or something wasn’t done right, instead of going to the person and talking to them about it or showing them how a task should be done, they will put them on blast on GroupMe and humiliate them in front of everyone and then write them up. They will do it for pretty much anything. It’s almost like a contest among management to see who can write the most people up. I heard one person in management say were going to write some people up for taking too long to bring them a notebook they wanted to see.
Its all about the money. The pay is low and definitely not worth the hell they will put you through. If you hold a license or certification, you will be at high risk for losing it.
Don’t waste your time and energy here, there is nothing good about this place.
