Fuck the work force nowadays.
I went thru an apprenticeship to build/ rebuild and setup machines I graduated and was there for 7 years. Made decent money, laid off when COVID happened. Just took an interview and was offered a job for several dollars less. They run and rebuild old machines that I went to school for. They also told me nobody there makes that much money. I don’t think I can take the job.
Bottom email is from a brand new employee asking for clarification, top email is bosses response. So rude and unhelpful, and she doesn’t even answer his question in the slightest. This is how she is all the time, and it’s so unnecessarily stressful when you have to ask the boss a simple question because nine times out of ten, you don’t actually get an answer, but will for sure be made to feel like shit for no reason. One month until I put my notice in, and I’m counting down every shitty day.

boss keeps tanking my sales
I know the answer is to leave my job, and I am working on it. Sales are down, and my boss – the Founder of the company, not a salesperson – is clearly getting very anxious and desperate and it's showing. I have leads I've been working on via email and then they schedule a call with me, and somehow my boss is finding out about the calls. I specifically do not include him because he has a tendency to make people uncomfortable and actually drive business away. He's very bragadocious is in a Trumpian way, like making shit up on the spot and quoting metrics I've literally never heard and know are not true. Hi everyone, So I’ve just started a new job working in an office; today was officially my 7th day. My hours are 9am to 5:30pm however I normally get to work around 8:30am depending on traffic so I’m in the office by 8:35-8:40am. Today I began packing my things up and heading out the door at 5:29pm when my manager stopped me, looked at her non-existent clock on her wrist, and said ‘ehh what time do you call this? I feel like my boss is out to get me.
Am I wrong to believe that my boss is out to get me ever since I got pregnant. In the beginning of my pregnancy things weren't so bad I formed my boss my store manager very early on about 5 weeks and that I was pregnant. I did not want to take any chances getting hurt or anything on the job as this is my first child. As things progress I would go to the bathroom more often. My boss had made a comment a time or two about my frequent bathroom visits and how it was strange that I'd get morning sickness at 1:00 in the afternoon.
