Just want to share my success story. I work for a PNW based, aerospace manufacturer and for years I was trying to get through the application process. After changing my resumes over and over again, I just started copy/pasting the job expectations at the end of my document and changing the font color to white. Then you let your resume ‘spill’ a bit onto the next page, and voila, the ai that reads your resume and choses if a person will see your resume reads the text, and the person looking at it is none the wiser.
It might be unethical if they find out, but I’m done playing their games. I’m qualified for the job, why am I going to let some bot decide if I’m worthy of a job.
In that same vein, if you are going to be messing with big union busting companies (Amazon, Kellogg’s, Boeing, etc) make sure you add this to your resume so that it makes it further and maybe you can reject the job in person rather than just flooding their systems!!!
