Company credit card uses my home address for billing?

Hi. I wasn't sure where to post this, so mods, please remove if not suited for this sub. My employer sent out new company credit cards to employees (including me) for processing day-to-day payments in relation to our work. Our previous cards used the corporate billing address, but the new ones are linked to each employee's home address. Meaning I am required to provide my personal address anytime I make a card payment on behalf of the company (typically online or over the phone in my line of work). Is this standard? It seems off to me that my home address is being used for billing. Again, I'm not paying any personal expenses, only work-related transactions. Are there any circumstances where this could come back to bite me? Like if the company goes under or doesn't pay their debts? (Just thinking out loud here, I don't think that will happen).…

I couldn't find any info online about whether this is normal. All my previous jobs used the company's billing address on company cards. My manager wasn't much help.

Thanks in advance for any input here.
