Hey guys so i started my job about 7 months ago and my company doesn’t pay out overtime until you work 55 hours first. Is this like a legal thing or what? I’ve never had a job that pays out like that, i thought it was 40 hours all around. Anything i can do about it other than finding another job? Its decent pay and mostly easy work (to me) but its no reason why my guys are risking heat stroke and we are getting robbed of our hard earned money. Not trying to sound entitled or anything im just saying
