Yesterday I decided to check my 401k account through work and when I logged on and looked at the statements I noticed that for the past three quarters the statements said my employer never deposited my match money (3% of my gross). After seeing that I decided to take a closer look to see what was going on and discovered that the money being taken out of my pay was more than the amount deposited into my 401k account. I tried contacting hr/the company but they just keep giving me the run around I was wonder if there was any legal way to make them take action or who I needed to talk to or if I should get a lawyer I’m really unsure where to go from here
