So this may possibly be a long one? I’m not entirely sure, but I will be suing my job for assault, sexual assault, sexual harassment, harassment and emotional distress. These past two weeks have been a so brutal with everything that has been going on.
Around late may or so, I was physically assaulted by my Senior shift lead, and while I reported it she is still employed here at the company, nothing had come of the HR investigation. I was then being sexually assaulted my Sous Chef (I work as a server in the culinary department) he was fired and that’s when jokes started being made about my case and plight. I had another co-worker mimic what was done to me and when I went to my boss about it, nothing was done. I was just told he would talk to her, I do not know the outcome of that situation.
It got worse to the point where I was having nightmares and calling out, but more jokes were still being made. The final time I went was when I had to tell my boss that my co-worker made highly inappropriate comments towards me about me and a (17m) minor. I was just told he was coming back to the company to return to work. I am at my wits end, I cannot sleep,I’m hardly eating and I don’t want to come into work anymore. I’m currently looking for a new job as we speak, can anyone PLEASE help me.
