Employer witholding pay

Hello, I'm a current intern for an organization in New Brunswick, Canada. We keep track of our hours using time sheets. However, I made the mistake of not recording the time I spent looking up documentation and being on-call (that is responding to emails, calls, and so on). I only documented the other work responsibilities and was lenient towards documenting those things, especially reading documentation, which I needed to do to be able to perform my work. My boss says I owe them more than a 100 hours and for that reason she is witholding my pay. I tried to explain my side but she straight up refuses to talk about it or even have a meeting about it. Is it legal for her to withold my pay like this? I'm considering quitting. I know I didn't do a good job including the on-call hours and the documentation…

However, I made the mistake of not recording the time I spent looking up documentation and being on-call (that is responding to emails, calls, and so on). My boss says I owe them more than a 100 hours and for that reason she is witholding my pay. I tried to explain my side but she straight up refuses to talk about it or even have a meeting about it.

Is it legal for her to withold my pay like this? I'm considering quitting. I know I didn't do a good job including the on-call hours and the documentation reading + learning hours in the time sheet, but this feels archaic. What are my best options here? This is a summer contract as a student.
