I don’t know if this is just my experience but I would like some insight but every job I have ever worked has some issue with money?? Claiming there’s not enough cash flow or too much labor costs!! I hear it all the time yet none of these jobs ever went under and are still running long after I quit ! Is this way to gaslight or guilt the employees?? Or are all these companies actually struggling? This is way before more jobs started to pay 15.00 dollars a hour too.
