Hey there!

We are preparing to push for higher pay across the board for about 100+ of us. The only want to get through to them in management from my past experiences is for them to be called out with facts. We know how much money we are bringing in every year, this year huuuuuuuuge and we still have 7 months to go. What we need some help with is… I guess some direction. We need to find the pay and bonuses for the executives at our company for the last couple of years. I was able to find some info online for executives in our parent company from a few years ago but our company was not included in those figures.

We do get an earnings report for ALL of the companies under our parent company and other financials but have no idea where I can find this specific info within that or if it would be public information somewhere else.

Would this be public info? Where can I begin looking for this?

Depending on what we find or how it goes when this is proposed, my coworkers are contemplating starting a union.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!!

I'd prefer not to give more specific info about where I work for obvious reasons. I can say that our company is one of many under a very large company mainly in the US and is publicly traded.
