I work a large discount retailer, think red sign and they're known for selling coats.
I work in the back doing stock and processing the trucks.
Today is Thursday and I am still processing clothing for my department from Tuesday.
Urgh…
And because it's not getting done fast enough, they leave work for the next day and it doubles the next days truck. I can't get any hours. Because we're not making goal for production.
I worked for 7 years at the competition as a fes and mod plus. They had sales floor people helping us keep production goals and the management helped too.
I'm so sick of this way of doing things. It's maddening.
Today I sprained my knee before coming in ( I have muscular dystrophy so…)
Maybe it's time to reevaluate this position and find something better. To bad it's off season…
Think it's time to call dept of vocational rehabilitation.
