So I’ve been working for this remote financial company for a little over 9 months now nothing fancy. A couple months ago I booked some time off for the summer and made sure to check service levels and availability.
Today my manager calls me to let me know I have been terminated without cause… when I asked why me they said because I had unapproved vacation time I then offered to cancel the vacation and they said their decision was final lmao
What can I do in these cases besides collect unemployment
