Hi everyone.
After 5 years in a corporate company I was forced to quit. In my contract it says we amicably ended the contract.
I have an interview with my dream company this week. Do I need to tell them I am no longer working there? When I applied i was still legally employed but dream company took 2 weeks to get back to me about an interview.
What should I say?
I feel i will just pretend I'm still employed.
Or should I say I'm no longer employed? The reason why I was asked to end contract was because my team bullied me for a year and my relationship with them got worse and worse with me setting boundaries and not doing the extra work they were used to getting from me.
