Found out I my supervisor gave someone else part of my raise.

So I have been dealing with one of the lease useful managers I've ever had at my current job. Guy basically has his title because he's able to work 3rd shift and has been there 30 years. Every single time I ask a question I get maybe 3 words of an answer and nothing that would count as useful information. Now lately I've had an issue with my email info so we've been using his login info so I can submit reports I need to send every shift.

I used the search feature to check on my IT issue status and I saw that during the raises we got a month ago that I was eligible for a 3% bump (Woo fuckin hoo right?) but, instead of me getting a 3% raise he gave me a 2.5% raise and another tech on our shift a 3.5% raise. His reasoning was that he wasn't seeing the effort from me that he was seeing from the other person.

I don't really plan on doing anything about it as I probably won't be staying long anyway but it was just a wild thing to read when I've spent 8 months going out of my way to ask for more training and have been told on multiple occasions that there isn't currently a training program available.
