Consider this – I'm suicidal. I casually talk about it, because it has become a norm for me. I basically sped-ran all the problems a human can have in his lifetime – abusive father, withdrawal from society, opiate abuse, alcoholism (YES I AM A 22 Y/O ALCOHOLIC give me a break, I heard it all about my age in rehab)
Consider, that I won't grow up? That I end my input into this meatgrinder that is economy after only 4 years of legal, and 2 years of illegal work? You lose 40+- years of my productivity. Buuuut of course profits profits I can see the green line go up today and I don't care what will be it's state tomorrow because today it's green.
Now – how many are there people like me, dealing with similar problems?

I'm not shitting on individual managers – that's the point. I don't hate them – they're just as fucked by this bullshit as we are by them. I once overheard something that roughly translates to: “1st fucks 2nd, 2nd fucks 3rd, 3rd is oblivious, and yet somehow still fucks 4th, 4th fucks 5th” And such system accelerates on it's own, let's say 2nd is impatient.
