Getting people fired

I just think that, if you are a customer or interacting with some organization, it’s certainly okay to go over someone’s head if you’re dissatisfied or you feel like you’re not getting heard. But if you’re doing all you can to help someone and you’re being polite, professional and you’re just trying to get a good outcome for the person, then why try to get that person fired or “talk to the president” ??? Overkill and if the person assisting you did all they could and was friendly and polite throughout your interactions, then that is just wrong. Anyone agree?
