Going to “negotiate” more $

(Sorry, vague on purpose.) I’ve been at a job for 3 years. As product demand has significantly increased it’s become necessary to work faster and more efficiently. It is very physical work, frequently carrying heavy product up stairs, all day. I’ve had to train 12 people over these 3 years (to cover me on days off mostly) and all, including and the latest, quit the position. A handful are good workers and stayed with the company, but none wanted to continue at my position. Today was berserk busy all day 10+ hours of grinding and it really hit me; I was “compressing” 12-13 hours of work into a frantic 10 hour sprint just to keep up. It’s like 1.3 of a job now, if that makes sense. Am I tripping? I don’t know the company’s bottom line, but things have been booming. There’s a new initiative regarding retention, so I…
