Got a favoritism-motivated meeting tommorow morning and need to know how y’all would react.

I work a blue collar job where we clock in and out at the same time every shift. Our workload fluctuates depending on which day of the week, and in this case we had a day where there was no work at all to be done. When this happens, everybody clocks in and leaves to run errands, chill at home, etc. (even the leads for that shift) Manager is aware about how everyone does this and never bats an eye, but was upset for the fact that I left last time there was a “free day” like I mentioned because there was “work to be done and someone did it themselves while everyone left”. I have no problem with accepting the fact I maybe made the mistake of leaving with no work to do. but for context this person who reported this directed this toward me, and in return manager…

I have no problem with accepting the fact I maybe made the mistake of leaving with no work to do. but for context this person who reported this directed this toward me, and in return manager is mad at me, out of 10 people for leaving that day except that person. i’m being threatened to lose my job and getting my behavior evaluated and being told to send emails on what I did. On top of a write up. What would you guys do or say during tomorrows meeting for my behavior evaluation ? I’m truly a good worker, obedient, and known to be cooperative with everyone. I can’t understand why i’m being targeted like this and more importantly why did this certain person decide to do work (when there really wasn’t anything to do that day) and call me, only me out of everyone else who left that day, out like if i did something terrible. I’m stressing about the right things to say tommorow and hoping It can get through this manager’s head they’d be losing a good asset if they decide to let me go over something so minuscule and unfair. p.s. A lot of people have left this company for this type of treatment/culture and they’re doing me like I wouldn’t do the same.
