Had a “Check-in” meeting at work.

My Store Manager:”So yeah, the only feedback we can give is well. You're really negative at work about the company. I mean you talk to the associates and then morale starts to drop off when you talk about the hours and the store maybe closing” Me:” Sure. But, am I being untruthful to them?” Manager:”No you don't bur it's bringing people down. So you can be critical just, don't talk about certain things around the associates” Me:”Um, Could the reason for low morale actually be our District Manager who verbally abuses people and has made a considerable amount out our staff cry?” Manager :”…….well, Two wrongs don't make a right”
