A month ago, the owner/ CEO of the company I work for called me into his office. He rarely comes in to the office so I was excited for it!
I worked here since 2020 and he never interviewed me as I was hired by another manager.
We talked, mostly about my past and work history.
After going over my career path, he says he wants me to get my team to work, “more independently,” so he can have me help in other areas.
I tell him, “sounds good.”
“I know I can provide value with my experience in other departments, what did you have in mind so we can discuss compensation?”
GHOSTED – he has ignored all my follow up messages to discuss the ” Changes.”
