I feel like applying in LinkedIn is literally pointless because there’s always so many people and it’s completely random. I feel like they just post a ton of jobs you either never hear back from or MAYBE get autogenerated “we regret to inform you” rejection email. I feel like you have to be the absolute best/perfect candidate with a million years experience to even be considered.
