Crazy. I know. And I also know that most industries have paper thin margins and tons of overhead for running a business, so why does it seem impossible to find shops like this now? I'll happily take some seed capital and start a business where I don't take the lions share of the profit and don't make 10 my lowest paid employee and don't pay them only minimum wage. Is this just not viable anymore?
