I once was put in a position at a warehouse workplace of an on-call agency at the time where my manager assigned both me and this other co worker to do this project. This co worker was very clumsy and lacked attention and made many mistakes and my manager saw how we messed up from the start of it and blamed both of us and wanted to hand him back the tools. I knew what I was doing was correct and followed the instructions that he has given clearly but there always has to be that one partner that has to mess everything up for you. I should've let him know but didn't bothered at the time so I was switched at a different department.
