My supervisor, her boss, and the boss's boss want everyone to provide a photo of themselves for an organizational chart. They haven't told me anything more what it'll be used for, who has access to it, where it will be posted, how long they'll keep it, etc.
I don't really want to, do I have to? What's an excuse I can use? Can I claim my new found religion doesn't allow taking photographs of myself? Or maybe there was a threat on my life in the past and I was advised by the FBI to not post pictures of myself online?
I do have my photo on FB and LinkedIn.
