Hello, I work at a Wendy's near my home. And I have had many issues with the general manager and most of the employees ever since I have started back a couple months. The first thing is, that the general manager said I was “special needs” to a customer. And I did not disclose even if I was special needs when I was filling out the application for the interview or when I was at the interview. I do not know if I am special needs but that is one thing. Furthermore, the issues about my work they have said I am very slow at work like when I am moving and so fourth. Not many of the workers there are working multiple 4 days b2b with 8 9 hour shifts and you are not allowed a break. This is quote from one of my male managers”I just wanted to know if you wanted a break, but you can't have one”. When earlier that day, a lady employee had a break and I was not allowed one. And the bias that this lady GM has to her female employees is out of control. I was yelled at, when I wanted to change one of my days I was working. But this one employee was able to not even call out and she had no displanary action.
And also, I had worked for 2 weeks and they said I was going to be getting payed and I did not get payed for another 4 weeks after that.
